The NextGen team has experience in crafting designs for DOE-OST vehicles, completing six contracts successfully, with the current project extending deliveries into 2025. Our expertise lies in evaluating mission requirements to create customized vehicle platforms built on OEM chassis. Every design adheres to SAE standards and fulfills the relevant FMVSS requirements, a rigorous process we're committed to maintaining for all future designs. NextGen excels in in-house fabrication with a scalable manufacturing process that can adapt to varying schedules. Our technicians possess specialized skills in electrical, mechanical, and upholstery work, and we emphasize continuous cross-training to enhance schedule flexibility. We adopt a 'bottom-up' approach to team expansion, encouraging new members to start with foundational tasks and progressively acquire more complex skills. As a result of executing multiple vehicle programs, NextGen’s team has established and maintained strong collaborative relationships with various functions within OST, Honeywell, and the Government Maintenance Facilities.
